Hi there,

Today we'd like to share some of our work with Baptistcare, but before we get into it a few quick updates:
  • Friday July 24 – Q&A: Mindful Leadership with Dr James Donald > Details.
    We'll discuss Emotional Intelligence, leadership values, organisations that have successfully implemented mindfulness and James' PhD on the impact of mindfulness practice on leadership resilience and stress.
  • Meditation, every Tuesday at 9am > Details.
    If you're back in the office and feel awkward meditating in an open office, why not book a meeting room with some of your colleagues and join the session from there. 
  • More mindfulness exercises available on Spotify and in your podcast app.
    Meditate on the commute, or do a quick breathing exercise before your meeting to calm nerves and find your focus.

Customer Story: Baptistcare

Faced with the opportunities and challenges around leadership and culture, Baptistcare, one of WA’s largest aged care providers, knew they needed to partner with a team that would take the time to understand their specific needs and customise interventions to suit. We were engaged to help develop leaders across all levels of Baptistcare and support the overall culture change process. Over a period of more than three years, we delivered a series of programs in partnership with Baptistcare designed to develop leadership skills and improve organisational performance and culture.
