Faced with the opportunities and challenges around leadership and culture, Baptistcare, one of WA’s largest aged care providers, knew they needed to partner with a team that would take the time to understand their specific needs and customise interventions to suit. We were engaged to help develop leaders across all levels of Baptistcare and support the overall culture change process. Over a period of more than three years, we delivered a series of programs in partnership with Baptistcare designed to develop leadership skills and improve organisational performance and culture.
