Deadline Extended: Mentee Applications for our Mentor Program!
The mentor program matches knowledgeable, well-rounded mentors with individuals who are relatively new to development or are interested in learning more about a particular area in fundraising. One-on-one matches provide opportunities for focused discussions, problem-solving, and sharing the trials and tribulations of working in this dynamic (yet sometimes challenging) industry. Watch this video to hear a current mentor and mentee pair-share about their experience.
Please take a look at the following link for more information on the requirements and expectations of the program. If you are interested in having a mentor and participating in this program as a mentee, please click on the link to complete and submit the form by July 10th. Follow this link for our 2020 Mentors and their bios.
Matches will be made on a first come basis. These mentor/mentee pairings will be announced at the July 14th Member Social. Pairs will begin working together in July 2020 and continue for one full year.
We sincerely hope you will consider participating in this program. Working with a mentor can give you real-time expertise, professional guidance, an understanding ear, and perhaps most importantly, the feeling you're not in this alone. If you want to go fast, go alone. If want to go far, go together.
All the best,
Sue Loiland
