Inspired by so many of you who figured out how to engage in online teaching, learning and telehealth, I have a class I'm eager to share! This is an opportunity to view Nurtured Heart Approach content at your own pace and then engage with others to reflect and practice. Whether you are brand-new to NHA or a trainer yourself, I believe this format and content will support your relationships with others as well as with yourself.
