Full Buck Moon

Buck Moon: July 5th

The name "Buck Moon" originated with the Algonquin tribes of Eastern US. The first full moon of July happens during the early summer, normally when the new antlers of buck deer push out of their foreheads in coatings of velvety fur.

Let’s honor the significance of the Full Buck Moon with a ritual! 🕯️

Full Buck Moon Ritual 🦌

The meaning of this celebration is to look back at the joy of Spring, observe the abundance of Summer, and consider: What do you need to work at storing up — physically, mentally, or spiritually — to get you through the coming winter?
