Yesterday was challenging!  First, the internet went off and on and finally just stopped working.  After some significant trouble-shooting, a very determined service technician found a corrupt wiring issue and repaired it.  In addition, while doing Zoom practice run yesterday, along with intermittent internet, Lou’s laptop crashed. I spent some time doing CPR – but it ‘blue-lined’.  Burial will be this weekend (LOL).
 
It was so reassuring to know that, amidst all the chaos, so many of you were praying.   Thus, in the midst of it all, I could clearly sense God’s inner peace – knowing He was still in control despite all the glitches.  Not everything needs to be perfect because that is when and where we get to see what is truly in our hearts.  Through all the mess, I saw God at work doing His work in me!   I am confident that your prayers were an integral part in this. Thank you!
 
The workshop today was “productive”.  My goal was to give them an overview of HOW to use the Productive Conflict Profile assessment with a coaching client.  In the process, I wanted to weave the central 'take home, take to heart' point of this assessment throughout the presentation: change your thoughts, change your outcomes.  Mission Accomplished!
 
There was an obvious interest in taking the profile to personalize it for themselves or to encourage those they coach to do so.  This was evidence to me that they saw the value. It also gave us an opportunity to share a couple of resources such as RW360 and Resolving Everyday Conflicts to continue their growth in this area.

Your praying left me feeling freed up to focus on the content, sleep well last night and allow myself to relax as I spoke.
