Session 1- Asthma Update in 2020

This session aims to update health professionals on the importance of using the Australian Asthma Handbook to manage those with asthma in primary care. It provides up to date, evidence-based asthma management information.
 
Topics covered- Australian Asthma Handbook, pathology of asthma, triggers, diagnostic & management principles, asthma action plans, telehealth appointments, asthma and COVID 19 guidelines
 

Session 2- Asthma medications and devices

This session aims to update health professionals on the latest asthma medications and devices. It includes a demonstration of the correct technique for each device and highlights the benefits of correct device use in maintaining asthma control for those with asthma.

Topics covered- asthma medications, medication delivery devices, correct device technique


RACGP and ACRRM accreditation available.
