Speakers
David Nabarro is the Co-Director of the Imperial College Institute of Global Health Innovation at the Imperial College London. He also supports systems leadership for sustainable development through his Switzerland based social enterprise 4SD. From March 2020, David was appointed Special Envoy of the WHO Director General on COVID-19. From 1999 to 2017 he held leadership roles in the UN system on disease outbreaks and health issues, food insecurity and nutrition, climate change and sustainable development.
Cielo Magno is an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines’ School of Economics and a civil society representative on the international board of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI). Ms Magno is also a member of the board of the Natural Resource Governance Institute, Bantay Kita-PWYP Philippines, Action for Economic Reforms and Center for Energy, Ecology and Development. 
Helen Clark served as Prime Minister of New Zealand from 1999-2008, and as a Member of the New Zealand Parliament from 1981-2009. Prior to that she taught in the Political Studies Department of Auckland University, New Zealand. From April 2009 until April 2017, Ms. Clark was Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme and Chair of the UN Development Group.
