Art galleries are allowed to reopen from 4th July. I possibly should have seen it coming, but it took me off guard. We've not got any specific announcements to share from individual galleries yet, but will keep the website updated as we know more.

While galleries continue to act on everything they have learned during lockdown, from eradicating anti-blackness, to understanding the flaws of relying too heavily on social media for discourse, there will be a lot to work out before reopening, even before safety concerns are addressed.

July 4th will definitely see some open again, but probably not all.
