Our Web-About-It Wednesday continues next week to kick off the month of July discussing how to adapt and prioritize enjoyment for the 4th of July Holiday Weekend.
Click above to register to join us next week as we talk about making the most of your family's holiday.

What does your weekend look like?
It is difficult to determine your comfort level with activities outside the home.

Many remain a necessity.  We are having to go to work, get gas, visit the grocery store and these staples will remain.

Many remain optional.  Optional is what makes it difficult because it is hard to know best practice for everyone's health and safety.  Stay informed and continue to adapt activities as you can.

How are you making decisions?  We are all trying to do our best in a confusing time.  What supports are you giving yourself when making hard choices?  Do you consult with family and friends?  Do you have round table discussions at home about what is possible and why?  Do you journal or use pro-con lists?  Do you praise yourself for making hard choices?  Do you have self care in place to offset the stress?  Think through these questions and what you might need to add to your decision making routine as you make plans going forward.

Please e-mail us at info@southwesteap.com with subject line "Topic Suggestions" any thoughts or suggestions on what you would like to hear.  You can find more resources if you visit southwesteap.com and log in with code "sweap."
