Youth Book Giveaway June 26
Opening for Curbside Pickup June 29th
At long last, the library will open for curbside pickup service on Monday, June 29. You can now place holds on items through the MHLS catalog. When your items are ready you, will receive a notice detailing the pickup procedure.

Another virus-prevention change is that all returns must be put in the book drop. All items returned to the library are put through a quarantine procedure which starts in the book drop.

Home-bound deliveries will resume on June 29. If you would like to sign up for this service, please email info@rosendalelibrary.org with the subject line HOMEBOUND DELIVERY, or call the library on Fridays and ask for Diane, 845-658-9013.

June 29 begins curbside fax and copying services by appointment. Please call the library to schedule an appointment and learn about the safety procedures.

The priority is to keep the patrons and staff safe, and to stop the spread of this virus. We are each responsible for protecting those around us with masks, physical distancing, and cleaning and disinfecting regularly.

The summer reading program will be virtual this year, with virtual programs offered in collaboration with the Ulster County Library Association. Summer reading will kick off with a Youth Book Give-Away on Friday, June 26 from noon to 5 p.m. on the lawn of the library. We have lots of books for kids 0-18 years. You can sign up for the summer reading program and pick up a reading log and bingo card at the giveaway. The summer reading program is for people of all ages. We will have prizes for all participants. Big prizes include a $25 i-tunes gift card, and some $20 gift certificates to Postmark Books shop. Please wear a mask and observe social distance.
