On behalf of the entire Compliance Officer and Community Liaison (COCL) team, please find the link to the Draft Quarterly Report: Quarter 2 Updates and Analysis, pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Case No. 3:12-cv-02265-SI, filed 12/17/12 between the United States Department of Justice and the City of Portland, Oregon.

A copy of this draft report will be posted on the COCL’s website, www.portlandcocl.com. Comments and feedback on this report will be accepted through August 7, 2020 at 5 pm, after which a final version will be submitted. Feedback may be emailed to rosenbaumandassociatesllp@gmail.com. Details of a town hall forum are pending, and will be posted to portlandcocl.com. A copy of this report will also be posted on the Portland Committee on Community-Engaged Policing (PCCEP) website, www.portlandoregon.gov/pccep .
