Next week Roy Parks Road will be reduced to one lane

GAINESVILLE, Ga.,- Next Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Roy Parks Road will be reduced to a single lane of traffic. Flagging operators with Georgia DOT will direct motorists during this time and will allow asphalt paving to the side road off of State Route 11/US 129.

This work is associated with the widening project on State Route 11/US 129, and will bring the State Route level with the side road.

Please slow down through the work zone as flagging operators will be in the lanes directing traffic.
