As things evolve here at Adaptive Seeds, we find ourselves in the position to grow our team of open pollinated seed advocates! We are now hiring an Order Fulfillment Manager. This is a full time (40 hrs/wk), year round, administrative office position. We are dedicated to finding the right candidate for this critical role in our work and the position will be open until filled.
Primary responsibilities are to manage all aspects of order fulfillment (managing customer needs, order queue, product fulfillment, packaging, and shipping), ensuring quality control at all stages, and customer service. Primary qualifications are a robust understanding and/or prior experience in organic farming and open pollinated seed, and prior experience in production, packing and/or assembly. This fast-paced position requires you to be on your feet in our cool packing room all day. Please note that COVID-19 protocols are in place.
