...rarest classic 1930s and 40s Trifari and Boucher pieces - patented Philippe Mr and Mrs Monkey from 1939 - Empress Eugenie necklace, based on a 1940 patent, examples produced that year, but then (as with this necklace), produced again in 1947, in the Romantique series - 1940 MB Boucher leaping swordfish, with 1940 advert showing it alongside the highest end Trifari and Dujay pins, described as 'masterpieces in rhinestone' - 1940 'Rococo' series Empress Eugenie lily of the valley pin clip with patent, only the second time here in more than twenty years...
   
...fascinating juxtaposition of Aztec heads in tinted lucite, from the early 1942 series dated by Brunialti from Women's Wear Daily, the Fred Block example with his necklace, the Sandor example clearly part of the same series (Sandor manufactured both)... Mazer amethyst Acorns Jelly Belly fruit salads pin clip, dated in Brunialti 1941, joining other pieces on site from this rare series... never here before, 1947 Coro Sterling patented turtle duette...
   
...more Trifari magnificence from the 30s and 40s - 1941 patented pave bow with striking powder blue sapphires... 1947 spectacular gold and pave swirls with pendant tassels pin, dated 1947 from a similar patented and advertised necklace design - 1939 patented Trifari enamelled white lillies bracelet, advertised then in the Toronto Star - Fabulous Clover pin and earrings, with full page colour Vogue advert of October 1948...
