All the Caucuses and the Young Democrats of Hawaii are co-sponsoring:
2020 DPH Party Chair Candidate Forum
All 3 Candidates are scheduled to participate and their order of appearance will be posted as we get closer to the forum.
Format will be as follows for the Candidate Forum:
- 3 minute introduction from the moderator to go over the procedures and a reminder about voting.
- Each candidate will get 20 minutes divided up as follows:
- 3 minutes for an opening statement and 2 minutes for a closing statement.
- The moderator will ask the submitted Caucuses & YDs questions in random order. Every co-sponsor has the opportunity to submit up to 2 questions.
If a Candidate gets through all of the submitted questions we will go to questions from the chat. (This seems unlikely given there are 9 co-sponsoring organizations)
With 2 minutes to switch between candidates.
