Long Live Buffalo.
Down here all the fish is happy, as off through the waves they roll.
The fish on the land ain't happy, they sad 'cause they in their bowl.

Each morning the most massive object in the solar system pops its head over the horizon in the same general area around the same general time as the day before and we get a bunch of daylight to get done what we feel we need to do in the light.  Then the sun runs for the hills in the same general direction around the same time it left the day before and vanishes, leaving twilight to flood in and let us get done what we feel we need to do in the dark.  We choose what we do with our daylight and we choose what to do with night, neither phase is that far away from the other and there is predictability.  There is no intrinsic mess.  Life is simple.

The worms do not make it complex, they are just trying to mow down as much of my soil as possible before getting scarfed down by a bird.  The frogs find it quite peaceful, living with a lakeside view and snagging winged meals that always deliver themselves.  Even the blowfish, who huffs and puffs about everything, thinks things are quite elementary and tells us after a few cocktails they really don’t mean to be such pricks.  None of them are unhappy with what they have, do just fine with what they start life with, and they all look at the mess we humans make in our lives daily and giggle.  Simple is life.

Today is going to be hotter than Hades, so use your noggin and get in some water even if it means blasting each other with the garden hose.  Family matters, so pick up the phone and call a cousin to say hi and make sure they did not succumb to the heatwave.  If you are in trouble at home, say “I’m sorry,” mean it and bring flowers, even if you have to pick them out of your neighbor’s garden.  If you’re broke, start saving.  If you’re rich, start giving it away.  Clean up your mess and make room to play.  Keep life simple.

But fish in the bowl is lucky, they in for a worser fate.
One day when the boss get hungry, guess who's gon' be on the plate?
