Unspent 2019-20 Funds Stocktake and CHSP COVID-19 Performance Reporting

There are a number of important reporting milestones approaching for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

Unspent 2019-20 funds

All CHSP service providers will shortly receive a Notice of Change advising that the department will allow them to carry forward unspent grant funds from 2019-20 into 2020-21. All providers must complete an Unspent Funds Stocktake Report and identify the amount of unspent funds that they will be able to carry forward into 2020-21. Stocktake reports must be submitted to the Community Grants Hub acquittals team at doh.acquittals@communitygrants.gov.au by
COB Friday 7 August 2020.

Any CHSP providers who ceased service delivery in 2019-20 are still required to submit their Financial Declaration by 31 October 2020 and acquit any unspent funds.

COVID-19 performance reporting

All CHSP service providers that received additional meals and/or ad hoc funding in 2019-20 through the Emergency CHSP COVID-19 Support Funding Round must complete the performance report template that came with your funding agreement. This report will outline to the department how you have spent your emergency funding in line with the outcomes and intended objectives of the grant round. This report must be submitted to the Community Grants Hub acquittals team by
COB Thursday 30 July 2020.

If you have any questions about completing or submitting your COVID-19 Performance Reports or your 2019-20 Stocktake Report, please contact your Community Grants Hub Funding Arrangement Manager.
