Second Wave corona instructions

Dear Members,

As you know, the State of Israel is experiencing a second wave of the Coronavirus.  Unfortunately, just yesterday we witnessed the re-closure of exercise clubs, swimming pools, and entertainment venues.

We are making every effort to ensure that the Caesarea Golf Club does not enter the list of places to be closed.  Therefore, we are required to act fully and strictly in accordance with the following guidelines:

  1. As of Thursday, July 9, you should arrive for your game no more than 20 minutes before Tee Time you have reserved.
  2. Upon arrival at the Club, you should approach the station for temperature testing and Corona Statement located in the service area near the Proshop.
  3. Once your temperature has been tested and you have filled out a Corona Statement you will receive a daily badge confirming your entry into the practice facility and the golf course (as is the case today).
  4. A member who reserved a golfcart will present his badge to the Proshop in order to receive the key to the golfcart.
  5. You may not practice on the green or go down to the practice area and / or golf course without a badge.
  6. You must present the badge to the starter before teeing off at the exact time you reserved.
  7. Any member who reaches the starter position without a tag will lose his right to play that day, and will be required to leave the Club complex!
  8. In order to avoid possible contagion, the water supply will be stopped in coolers and containers on the course. Please make sure to bring with you enough cold water to meet your needs during the hot summer days.
  9. As of Thursday, July 9, the locker-rooms are closed until a new notice is received that their use is permitted.
  10. Teeing off is allowed only from 6:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

In addition to the above, we seek members' attention to proper etiquette during these difficult days as follows:

  1. While the club has placed into service 5 additional golfcarts (without GPS), there may still be pressure on vehicle availability for play.
  2. We ask your patience and understanding that sometimes the vehicle will be delivered to you slightly late. If necessary, we will deliver the golfcart to you on the course after you have started your game.
  3. Please avoid disposing of waste such as disinfectant wipes, badges, etc., throughout the course.  Take extra care to maintain personal hygiene and protect the environment in which you are located.
  4. Remember, in order to avoid infection, there are no rakes in any sandy areas including bunkers.  We ask that, after your shot, you use your feet to smooth the sand as much as possible and depart the sandy area without leaving deep footprints.

We are working to the best of our ability to provide members with a Club that is safe for activity.  We ask everyone to stick to the guidelines, and to do everything possible to keep the Club open in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines.

Best regards

Club Management
