The Numbers Don't Lie

Way back in 2017 a small band of men got together in the Naperville area with a desire to build a group of leaders. This group didn't involve seminars, or curriculum per se. It leveraged the desire inside every man to get right, live right, lead right, and leave right. The natural manifestation of this desire showed up through exercise. It is centered on five principles:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
Today, with over 42 FNGs in June, we've exploded to over 800 registered PAX in the directory and put up over 2000 individual posts in the month of June. But let's be clear: Numbers aren't the goal. Life changing impact through leadership is. The more we can leverage an early morning ass-kicking to spur men in our communities to get right, live right, lead right, and leave right, the better off our community is.
