Make the Most of Goodeats 

With Table Ordering, Click & Collect & Deliveries it's now time to drive customers to your platform.  Here are a few tips to ensure your customers can order seamlessly

Download QR Codes From the Back Office


These can be added to your menus, posters and shared on social media. Remember you can have a single QR for your store, or QR codes per table or drop off point. Your customer just scans with their phones camera and it will open up your store. Just click the 'Goodeats' on the left navigation and scroll to the bottom of the main dashboard for an easy download. With even included a template for you!

Show Your Customers How to Use Your Store 

Use the QR code and simple instructions on how to order and place these around your venue and you even can send details in the confirmation emails you send to your customer. These can include a pre-order link so your customers can order before they arrive and set a pick up time!  

Market to Your Customer Database

One of the unique elements of our platform is you own all your data and you can control how you communicate with them.  You could send them all an email to say when and how you are opening. 

In the 'Customers' section of the BO you can export the data to email form your favourite mail client, or you can use our mailchimp integration >

Post on Your Social Media 

We know this seems obvious but we can see sharp increases  in orders when a store posts on their social media account. . Use the QR code or a coupon to encourage simply ordering.  Tag us and we will share too!

Use Paid Social Media Ads


A simple paid post with a 3-5 mile radius around your business can have a great impact on the volume of orders.  If you'd some advice on how to do this then send us an email and we will be happy to help! 

Service Charge

Remember you can add a service charge for the platforms convenience, unlike other platforms YOU keep the service charge and it can be used to make the platform free to use.   

Finally, good luck with your re-opening!  We've increased our support staff for the weekend so don't hesitate to get in touch but as it's expected to be very busy if you can't initially get through our team will call you back as soon as they can!
