CPF Newsletter July 3
Every two years, CPF welcomes a new Board President to guide the organization into the future. Dr. Deepak Mehrotra of Children's Clinic East has served as President the last two years and is now handing off the reins to Dr. Molly Hood of Pediatric Associates of Franklin, who has spent the last two years as CPF Board Vice President. Dr. English Flack, Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, will succeed Dr. Hood as CPF's new Board Vice President.
Message from Outgoing CPF President Dr. Deepak Mehrotra
Dear CPF Colleagues,

It has been a privilege and pleasure to serve as CPF President for the last 2 years, and I enthusiastically and wholeheartedly introduce Dr. Molly Hood as your next CPF President.

While we are in unprecedented times due to the COVID pandemic, CPF continually serves as a resource for its members. We have adjusted as the times have mandated and remain committed to our mission of serving our members.

I encourage you to continue your involvement in CPF and challenge you to become even more engaged. The more we participate in CPF and its activities, the more we will continue to benefit as a group.

I am confident that our current CPF staff and board will continue to carry the best interest of our members forward and appreciate their tireless contributions to our organization. It has been a privilege to work with such a dedicated group. Please let us know of ways that CPF can continue to be a resource for you and the rest of the members. I look forward to seeing all of you at CPF events in the hopefully not-too-distant future.

With appreciation,
Deepak Mehrotra, MD
