The Maddens are on their way to Boston!

Noah and Tarin are on the second day of their three day move to Boston. Noah’s family is making the journey with them and they expect to arrive Thursday, July 2nd in Milton, MA where they will be living. The North American Mission Board has a home that they are able to rent at a discounted rate to help facilitate a smooth transition to the city. They are so grateful for this opportunity and are excited to begin life in Massachusetts!

Please pray for the Maddens as they travel to Boston.

Noah and Tarin had an amazing few months in Enterprise, AL and cannot express how thankful they are for FBC Enterprise. Their partnership is instrumental in their move to Boston.  FBC Enterprise sent them off this past Sunday and showed them much love and grace. We are excited to see how the Lord continues to bless this partnership!

Would You Consider Partnering With Us?

We are so thankful for all the love and support we have received over the past few months. God has been gracious to partner us with several faithful churches and many families. At this point, we have met 50% of our fundraising needs. We hope to have 50 families who commit to join our ministry partner team and contribute $100 a month to our ministry.
If you have any questions about joining our ministry partner team, please feel free to contact us!

The Dentons are Settling in!

The Dentons have been so encouraged by the welcome we have received. They have been guiding their transition to the Northeast by focusing on family, church, and community.  Their family has been so blessed by housewarming gifts, cards, and calls. Thank you all so much for your care and support. Hoyt and Ashley have been trying to help the girls adjust with excitement by planning adventurous outings and backyard fun. They have baked cookies for their neighbor and landlord, and hope to continue acts of kindness activities with our children over the coming weeks.

Hoyt’s role at the church has already allowed for so many conversations about connection to the church and missional communities. The missional communities of Life Community Church have just had the opportunity to meet in person again.

The community of Weymouth is charming. Quaint New England homes line the streets for a city that feels like a neighborhood. Mom and pop restaurants, shops and businesses make up three different “town centers” which we hope to get to explore as soon as they reopen. The town is surrounded by beach, mountains, and neighboring cities creating a plethora of opportunities for our team to connect.

Pray With Us

We are so thankful for your prayers and support. Would you pray specifically for:
  • team unity and wisdom as we reunite and figure out the best ways for our giftings, passions, and purposes to come together for the mission.
  • boldness and endurance in our decision making, lifestyles, and routines.
  • the city of Weymouth to hunger for a Christ that they might not yet know and to be ready for new opportunities to meet Him.
  • that the Lord would provide opportunities to meet people in the midst of COVID restrictions.
  • Noah and Tarin as they make the last leg of their trip and transition to life in Massachusetts.
  • Hoyt as he helps newcomers navigate faith and community.
  • Addie, Esther, and Alice as they make the adjustment to a new climate, new friend group, and a new routine of having mom around all the time.
  • one of the Dentons' neighbors “Penny”, who makes a point to connect with Ashley and the girls on a daily basis. The girls baked her cookies and happened to deliver them on her birthday. How fun to bless people we don’t yet know in hopes of connecting them with Christ!
