WEST SOMERSET RESEARCH SCHOOL'S JULY 2020 NEWSLETTER
WSRS
NEWSLETTER

Issue #8
Summer Term
WELCOME
This July newsletter is the final edition of the term, and indeed academic year 2019/20.

If you asked us this time last year, what the future would be for this academic year, nowhere would we have inserted the words "...and there will be a world wide pandemic, that will shut our schools down". I think it's safe to say, this was a curve-ball none of us were expecting, however, we have all come together to support our young learners, and their parents/carers in continuing to educate from home since March. Now we begin to plan how pupils will return in September, and how we can support them, and this issue contains useful information and resources for you and your schools to consider in that preparation.

We wish you all a peaceful and restful summer to recharge the batteries, and look forward to being in touch and meeting some of you attending our programmes and events throughout 20/21.
