Your chance to put your bread question to a panel of women bakers. The topic this month is yeast. Could you be using too much? Is fresh or dried best? What's your question?

We are a group of women bakers who love to bake bread and experiment. We have years of experience between us gained in different fields. We'll use our expertise to help you bake better bread. We seek to revive the well-loved Bread Chat that took place on Twitter. Here people all over the world discussed breadmaking. We learnt so much.

Submit your question about yeast on the Eventbrite registration form. Zoom meeting information will be provided once you've bought your ticket.

There's a lot of hype and misinformation about breadmaking. We want to make it easier for people to make bread successfully with confidence.
