The Congregational Council remains busy with the fluid situation of responding to the ongoing pandemic. We have been hard at work with preparation for re-opening Worship Service on July 5, 2020. We will have a hybrid service, with both in - person and Zoom attendees. We hope to see you there!

We invite you to click HERE to read the Minutes of the Council meeting of June 18, 2020. 

We seek your input to create the next Council meeting Agenda. Do you have issues or concerns to bring the Council? If you would like to propose an agenda item for the June 2020 Council meeting, you are welcome to and encouraged to do so, by contacting any Council member listed below to discuss your idea. You may also simply email your idea or requested agenda item to codsecretarycalvary@gmail.com.

In order for your idea to be included on the July meeting agenda, we must receive it by Tuesday, July 14, 2020, for inclusion in the Executive Committee meeting on July 16, where the Council agenda is finalized. (The Executive Committee normally meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month, and the full Council meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month.) The full council intends to meet on July 23, 2020.

We ask each of you to keep Calvary by the Sea and your congregational Council in your prayers as we move forward through the challenges we face in the days and weeks ahead.
