Dear Pastors, Friends, and Prayer Partners:

Happy Independence Day and greetings from Palm Bay, FL.  We are here to serve with Faith Baptist Church’s Faith Freedom Festival this weekend and are excited to teach on the home and family!  As you know, it is one of our favorite things to do.

These last few months have been strangely different for all of us.  We had 7 cancellations and yet stayed super busy during the entire time - conducting online services, counseling, and enjoying being at home for an entire 10 weeks straight. It has been over 20 years since we have been home for that length of time and it was awesome! 

For us, things are beginning to get somewhat back to normal  In the last month, we have served churches here in Florida as well as churches in Tennessee, Indiana, and North Carolina. I have also been able to speak for a youth retreat as well as a youth camp.  Both events were incredibly blessed. We saw souls saved and dozens of young people taking life-changing steps in the right direction.  I sense that God is on the move in the hearts and lives of hundreds of young people and in churches all over our land.  This is not a time to be discouraged and to give up! It is a time to seek God and serve Him with all of our hearts.  

Here is a brief overview of our itinerary for the coming weeks:

July 9-10         Summer Bible Conference at Bible Baptist Church, Hendersonville, TN

July 12-15        Youth Revival at Westwood Baptist Church, Poplar Bluff, MO

July 19         Family Revival Sunday at Volinia Baptist Church, Volinia, MI

July 20-24         Teen Youth Camp at Camp CoBeAc, Houghton Lake, MI

July 31-August 1    Area-wide Teen Revival at Cleveland Baptist Church, Cleveland, OH

August 2        Sunday Services at Cleveland Baptist Church, Cleveland, OH

For you who have not heard, Bethlie and I started a podcast in recent weeks.  You can listen at KeepingItYoungPodcast.com or on any of your favorite Podcast apps.  We post a podcast weekly and on each one have conversations about marriage, family, and ministry life.  I hope you will listen and give us feedback along the way! We have already had over 3000 downloads and are super thankful that so many are listening. 

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to all of you who have “checked” on us and supported us during Covid-19.  Every need was met and our hearts were overwhelmed by your thoughtfulness, generosity, and kindness.  Thank you so much!
