Soulful Leadership

An invitation to a three month Leadership journey

At the conference former ambassador, John Casson spoke about the characteristics of soulful leadership in the context of how power is used on the world stage. Here is an extract from one of our weekly practices: Examen
Dear <<First Name>>,

Since emailing you at the start of June, we have hosted the first session as part of the Soulful Leaders Journey, and we are due to have our second session on Friday 10th July.

We are writing again to all those who had some contact with the Soulful Leadership Conference in May or who are leaders of organisations.

You would be most welcome to join John Casson, Julia Ogilvy, Andrew Rodgers and myself for this Soulful Leaders Journey over the next three months.

An invitation to explore the landscape of leadership over the next three months - July, August & September.

We have been and will continue to provide soulful practice and curated content around the themes that developed in our recent conference. We will be meeting monthly for some input, practice and to work together on the practicalities and complexities of the leadership task we have been given.

We aim to see a community of senior leaders develop:

  • Sharing a pattern of practice
  • Grounded in real issues and practical application
  • Curating key resources to help
  • Being practical and robust in our application
  • Developing a sense of accountability/support
  • Helping detoxify some of the unsoulful traits that are a hindrance

Each monthly gathering will be facilitated by two of the Soulful Leadership team and will meet Friday mornings 10 - 1130am

10 July - Gratitude and its transforming power for individuals and organisations - Led by Andrew Rodgers & Roger Preece

14 Aug - Getting Free from Toxic - Traits - Led by John Casson & Roger Preece

11 Sep - Creating a Soulful Future - Led by Julia Ogilvy & Andrew Rodgers

Price £95 for all 3 sessions.

Book on Eventbrite

If there are others you think would enjoy the Soulful Leadership Journey – feel free to pass on the invitation to them.

With every good wish,
