MJ's Yoga Tips

Here are three tips to follow during your yoga practice:
  • The time most suitable for yoga is in the morning before breakfast when the mind is calm and the movements can be done with ease and vitality.
  •  Begin your yoga practice with easy postures and then proceed to difficult ones.
  •  The two most important things in your yoga practice is to have a big heart and a small ego.

For those yogis that take classes with me at Thompson Park. Sign ups are up for potential start date 7/21. I am pushing to keep classes outdoors on the deck. I am willing to do classes in the evening on the front deck by the front door so we will have lights as an option. It's a big deck in front so distancing would be fine.

I appreciate your continued support to run classes for now via tape recordings.
