Dear Members of The Community Foundation Family,
Please join us at our next In Our Backyard education session titled "Homelessness in the North County" on Thursday, September 19th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. We will offer conversation on how local agencies are assisting the homeless, with a special focus on their important work in north county and coastal communities. This event will take place at the lovely residence of Lyn Baker and refreshments will be served, with catering by Linn’s Fruit Bin.
We look forward to hearing from Community Action Partnership San Luis Obispo County (CAPSLO), El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO), and Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA) about their outreach and what they've learned about the homeless in our County. A panel Question & Answer session will follow the presentations. Space is limited, so please RSVP by Monday, September 9th.
