Butter Chicken (mild)
Breast of chicken cooked in Khushi’s signature curry sauce and finished with cream for a touch of indulgence
Keema Motter (hot)
 Lamb mince and peas, marinated in aromatic spices and fresh green chillies and finished in Khushi’s signature curry sauce
Vegetable Dhansak (medium)
Aubergine, courgette, mushroom and squash in a sweet and sour dhal (lentils) 
Side: 
Gujarati black chickpea and potato 
 Accompaniments:
Fragrant Basmati Pilau Rice and Naan Bread
 
Dessert  
 Gujarati Kheer 
Homemade Indian rice pudding with cardamom, saffron and nuts
