Unless they are in crisis, nonprofits, like most organizations, tend to resist change. After completing this workshop, you will understand the forces behind resistance to change and be able to plan for and execute strategies to help nonprofits implement changes to improve their operations. The workshop will be co-facilitated by SVP Portland’s Learning Facilitator, Steve Maser, and Partner Julie Gray.

After completing this workshop, you will understand the challenges and strengths that diversity brings to nonprofit operations and be familiar with tools and techniques to incorporate equity concerns and to create an inclusive environment.
