#RAINCITYBARBELL
The new and improved Raincity Barbell club kicks off September 10th.
The Barbell Club is a 2 day / week 90 minute program. It includes 2 90 minute coached sessions, but also gives the athlete the ability to complete the programming on their own during OP Sport Access times with coaching & feedback via True Coach.
This program is different from our CF Olympic Lifting classes because it will follow weekly progressions in the programming, building on itself each week.
