Summer Gardeners & Friendly Visitors Needed.

If you would like to volunteer tending gardens or have a wonderful conversation on a beautiful summer day with an older adult, please call or email Nichole at 651-642-1127 or coordinator@comobnp.org.

The Living at Home Block Nurse model is a unique and effective model of care for older adults living in the home and community the love. It is successful because of thoughtful, caring neighbors that come forward to volunteer.
Our Mission: We are a non-profit serving neighbors aged 65 years and better, by organizing supportive services, respite for caregivers, and the compassion you, our volunteers.
