JDAI's 3rd Annual Recognition Awards Breakfast will celebrate our JDAI colleagues across the state who have provided steadfast leadership on the initiative and who have promoted JDAI's goals to benefit the young people of Massachusetts. Congratulations to the 2019 recipients! Register below for your spot at the Breakfast to congratulate your colleagues!
JDAI would like to invite you to ask your young people (except for young people in detention) to participate in a survey about the availability and accessibility of community-based programs/interventions for system-involved youth in Massachusetts. This is an opportunity to have young peoples' voices heard as the Massachusetts Office of the Child Advocate puts forth recommendations for needed programming and services within our communities.
This survey is coming from the Massachusetts Office of the Child Advocate, on behalf of the Juvenile Justice Policy and Data Board (JJPAD). The JJPAD Board is a statewide body, created in 2018, that has been asked by the Legislature to report gaps in the juvenile justice system relative to diversion and community-based services. The survey is designed to help the JJPAD Board better understand:
What programming and services for juvenile systems-involved/high-risk youth currently exist in your community
What gaps and barriers in programming and services you see in your community
When: December 5th, 2019 Where: DoubleTree Westboro, MA
RSVP info will be forthcoming
JDAI Massachusetts seeks to ensure that the Right Youth, is in the Right Place, for the Right Reasons.
