The South Coast Prevention Team is now situated with the South Coast PCP.
The Prevention Team is a joining together of the Health Promotion Officers previously based at Bass Coast Health, South Gippsland Hospital and Gippsland Southern Health Service. They are developing an integrated plan for the next 12 months.

The team are working on some exciting new projects including 'Tap Water Every Day' and 'Making the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice' with local food businesses.
