Dear Friends, Pastors, and Prayer Partners:

In a few days, our Matthew will return to WCBC in CA for his Fall semester and the rest of us will head to First Baptist of Land O’Lakes, FL for our first revival meeting on our “Fall” schedule.  We are excited for him and excited about our meetings as well.

Please continue to pray with us and for us. We are scheduled with some really great churches this fall and will preach ten revivals in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, and West Virginia.  I will keep you posted about each of them and hope that many of you will be able to join us for one or two of them.  Bethlie and I are also looking forward to speaking for the Couple’s Prayer Advance in Pigeon Forge in September. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of encouraging and strengthening so many couples in their marriages and we know that the need is great in this area. Please make these meetings a matter of prayer.

Will you also pray for Nicholas Anderson? He is a recent college graduate and will join our staff this weekend to serve with us in each of our meetings. We are looking forward to this internship and are excited to help another young man towards the field of evangelism.  

As always, we have financial needs and appreciate your prayers about that too.  We are still taking care of some medical bills as well as helping our Matt with his college ones. God is so good to us and it is always overwhelming to see Him meet our needs over and over again. We are very blessed!

I want to tell you that God is on the move and you should be encouraged by that! We have seen souls saved in most of our meetings throughout the past weeks.  We have met dozens of teens who are seeking God and surrendering their lives to serve Him.  They have “gladly received” the Word as I have preached and have made very specific decisions in response to it.  I have received so many incredible emails and letters and texts telling of how God is blessing as a result of those decisions. As you know, the needs are great in our generation and God is very able to meet those needs. So, in the spirit of Psalm 81:10 (Open thy mouth wide and I will fill it) - PRAY BIG!
