The next Rio Crossing Homeowner Association Regular Board Meeting will be held Wednesday August 28, 2019. (Not this week... next week. Check your calendar!)
The meeting starts at 7pm. As always, homeowners are invited to attend the meeting. A draft/preliminary agenda is available for viewing/downloading here.
Meetings are held at the Palm Valley Community Center, located at 14145 W Palm Valley Blvd, about half a mile west of Litchfield Rd. Note: If you've attended previous meetings, note that we're now meeting in the conference room to the right once you enter the building. (We previously met in half of the meeting space to the left.)
If there are pending Architectural Requests, the Design Review Committee will meet at 6:30pm, just prior to the Board Meeting. Homeowners with pending requests are encouraged to attend.
