The Foundation of Meditation Practice
with Gen Kelsang Chodor
When life is stressful, it helps to have a quiet place for contemplation and relaxation. Meditators often create a space in their home or office that is peaceful and quiet. They designate this space for their meditation practice. A meditation practice can bring us much inner peace and happiness, and help us learn to clear the clutter from our mind. Learn how to create your own special space.
Our resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Chodor, is a western Buddhist Monk. Ordained in 2001, he is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has studied and practiced Buddhism for many years. He is much loved for his relaxed and gentle nature and teaches with great clarity, insight and wisdom, skillfully guiding people to inner peace and happiness in their lives.
