Where do you get your inspiration? How do you give inspiration? Is it through TMI?
Inspiration through TMI!
Where do you get your inspiration? How do you give inspiration? Is it through TMI?
I know I am guilty of TMI... too much information AND inspiration. The other day I was reflected on how much I overshare and why I do it. Yes, I want to be heard, seen, and felt as do all humans. But I also want to inspire, motivate, and education as well as seek inspiration and advice from others. So yes, I am proudly guilty of TMI.
Nature is a great source of inspiration. Just look at a bee's determination to take in the sweetness of life and do some pollination good along the way. Or a fall tree that bends and keeps reaching for the sunlight. Or a fish swimming upstream to create future generations.
Life has its highs and lows. Look around and see all that can inspire you to keep moving forward, enjoying the goodness of life, and spreading some joy around you. And please do the world some good and share your TMI!
Come experience TMI with the OneTreeLove community. Join us for some yoga and nature adventuring in the woods and water. Check out our offerings below for some self, community, and nature time. See you soon!
With love and gratitude,
Lisa Meranti OneTreeLove Founder
P.S. Tree-mendous thanks to all those that have supported the OneTreeLove TREE Fund campaign so far. You all are helping to spread inspiration and tree love.

Training for the Tour des Trees has me exploring parts of Northeast Ohio that I hadn’t by bike before. It gives me a new perspective on just have treerrific we have it here. But I know there is more work to do here and across the US as we face the ecological challenges ahead. That is why I value the work of the TREE Fund and your tree love so much.
HUGE thank you to all those that have supported Tour des Trees 2019 so far. Join us in acknowledging our top sponsors:

Wellness Tip
Find inspiration in food and those that grow and prepare it locally. Here are my go to's:
Owner and chef of 24 Karrot Kitchen Kathleen is a true inspiration in how she sources and serves up local, gluten-free meals. I have been gluten-free for five years now and feel it has been a huge benefit to my mind and body. Then Kathleen entered my life about a year ago and helped me re-introduce bread and cake back into my life as a* nice treat...all gluten-free. l don't know how she does it, but everything she cooks is so delicious and nutritious.
* If you want to know why, just ask. I am happy to share.
