Health Inequalities
Hear from our speakers about how health service decision makers from Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group and Wandsworth Public Health have been using people's feedback from our event in May 2018 about health inequalities. They'll also tell us about current and future work to address inequalities in health in Wandsworth.
We'll also discuss local initiatives to connect people to a range of non-clinical programmes, services and events in Wandsworth to address health inequalities and we want to hear your thoughts.
We'll also update you on some of our recent work - we're keen to share how what YOU told us has helped improve local services.
