1. To view ServiceNow Knowledge Articles, please ensure you're logged into ServiceNow, otherwise an error message will appear.

2. If you're currently unable to make a Coda-related request or see knowledge articles in ServiceNow, please contact CodaBuilding@gatech.edu.

Room reservations for the Georgia Tech Conference Center are open to Coda occupants in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook’s Web Access (OWA). Additional information about the Conference Room Center is detailed in several ServiceNow Knowledge Articles:​

• Conference room numbers, names, seating capacity and available AV​
• Conference room maps
• How to add Coda conference room calendars to your Outlook
• How to reserve a conference room in Microsoft Outlook
• How to reserve a conference room in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Lastly, please ensure Coda visitors are registered in ServiceNow via the “Visitor Access Request” button at least 24 hours in advance.
