A-37 Painting Sampler
This class will introduce you to watercolor, acrylic and oil painting.
All materials included.

WS-108 All About Collage
Create a collage from recycled materials. The workshop will cover color, composition and technique. 3 workshops to choose from. 16-Adult Tues 9/24 (10am-12pm), Wed 10/23 (10am-12pm) or Thurs 11/14 (6-8pm)

Reminder for Artists:

Pick Up:

After the reception on Friday, August 16th at the North Hills Art Center, you may take your piece home if it was not awarded a ribbon. Times for Pickup: Fri, Aug. 16th from 7:40 — 8 pm (at end of reception) or Sat, Aug. 17th from 10 am — Noon. If your piece is awarded a ribbon, we ask that you allow the Town to hold onto it for display at the McCandless Community Day event. If your piece is on display at McCandless Community Day, you can pick it up from Town Hall from Sept 16th-20th.

Closed for Vacation!

The North Hills Art Center will be closed August 19-23. We will reopen on August 26 at 10am, ready to accept your entries for the Annual Members' Show! See you then! The website is always open for class registration and event information!

RADical Day Art Event

Saturday, September 28, 10am - 1pm

FREE family oriented fall art activities

We are looking for volunteers for our annual RADical Day! Not only do you get the chance to interact with our current members/students, but here’s a wonderful opportunity to engage with potential NEW members/students. More info here. Scroll down-it’s on the right. For those not familiar with RAD, RAD is the Allegheny Regional Asset District. Their mission is to support and finance regional assets to help further the assets’ missions and programs. They are celebrating their 25^th year.

Assistance need at the art stations, as a greeter, parking director, refreshment server & at the information desk.
