reminder one day break for the August bank holiday Mon 26th - then back on Mon 2nd Sept
class will continue to be in room 202 upstairs for the time being, which gives us more grace time to get out at the end of class
new theme in Sept is
clearing trauma which will follow on nicely from the embodiment work
next extended meditation night will be back in the New Forest (as St Denys Boat Club is now fully booked for Friday nights, hope you can join me here again in this peaceful venue)
Friday 20th September - meditations for change Do you find yourself resistant to change or stuck in patterns you would like to breakthrough ?
this will be a 2.and quarter hr meditation class with practices which help us to surrender to change
we will work to clear up the confusion which comes when the ego doesn't let you change easily, and we feel doubts and fears arise that stop us moving forward, releasing habits or sticking with our intentions
Doubt can actually steal 3ft from your auric radiance, so it blocks you it more ways than not making change happen !
it can block communication and have you stuck in negative thinking and just losing some of your life force and energy
to embrace change there needs to be a surrender to your higher self or inner guidance and release of the ego, so we don't find it such a challenge
this topic also helps our recent study themes of embodiment and healing trauma, so we can move forward in a positive way, embracing the change we really desire.
no experience needed, suitable for all even beginners to Kundalini Yoga, welcome to share with anyone else who may be interested.
