Today is a special day because my mentor, Gary, turns 80. He is the definition of a growth mindset. Always learning, forever challenging himself, and never stagnant. I am blessed that I have had the great fortune to have a friendship with him for many years. If you do not have a mentor(s) in your life, I highly recommend seeking one out. The bond will help you grow because the knowledge shared, accountability kept, and respect built will make you strive for more in life. Thank you, Gary! Stay young!
