Imagine again that we've got this 'healthy relationship garden.'  Our self-esteem is the soil, and when we've nourished that, consent and boundaries are in full bloom. From this garden, that floral growth follows us as they decorate our pathways to healing. We know “healing isn’t linear,” and that naturally occurring paths may take twists & turns, some more daunting or painful than others. Let's explore this!
