We have been working hard to expand our online footprint, and I'm excited about the results!
Not only does our site rank well organically, but we have seen a significant increase in visitor traffic over the years. In fact, from January 2019 - July 2019, we have seen almost 500,000 visitors to our site. That's more than three times the #2 site (Hilton Head MLS). This increase has led us to create a graph of the website visitor traffic to CharterOneRealty.com compared to other local brokerage websites. As with many of our graphs, the differential between us and the #2 competitor is huge.

The data on this brochure was provided by SimilarWeb, a platform offering comprehensive analytics for websites and apps. Importantly, it allows us to see our traffic as well as the traffic of competing URLs. If you would like to learn more about SimilarWeb, click here.
The URLs listed on the graph are the top-performing local brokerage websites, as ranked by website visitors. I began pulling the data in April, and I will continue to pull figures monthly and build on the current graph. By the end of the year, we will have an even better story to tell. If you don't see a URL in the top ten, their website visitors were less than 40,000 for the period of April 2019 - July 2019.
