2019 New Faculty Tour
Forty-one UGA faculty members spent last week visiting 16 cities and passing through 41 Georgia counties during the 2019 New Faulty Tour.
The tour, which began in 1977, is designed to introduce new faculty members to Georgia's geography, demographics, diversity, economy, history and culture, while also showcasing the important role that UGA serves throughout the state as both a land- and sea-grant university.
