Volunteer Newsletter

Summer is drawing to a close, and here at Ottawa Riverkeeper we're taking our last few opportunities to swim and paddle in our beautiful river before we look ahead to what's cooking for the fall. September is already getting loaded with great opportunities, so come out and volunteer with us!
Riverkeeper 4K Swim
Last weekend over 300 people joined us as swimmers, paddlers, and volunteers for our annual Riverkeeper 4K Swim! The event raised nearly $40,000 for the river, and thank you to the many, many paddlers and on-land volunteers who helped out at the event. Your dedication and commitment to protecting the Ottawa River makes our work possible!
