If you would like your canine or feline friend to try some LifeWise samples, simply fill out the form below and we will send some samples out to you. If you are unsure what the most suitable sample is for your pet, simply tell us the breed, age, sex and any allergies or health concerns and we will organise for an appropriate sample selection to be sent to you.

Our samples are also available in any store that stocks our product, so if it's more convenient for you to pick the samples in-store this is also an option. Please let us know if your local store has run out of samples and we'll get in touch to organise for more to be sent out to them as well. :-)
