The HEROS team was informed there is a server issue preventing some attachments in the HEROS system from opening correctly. In addition, users are encountering error messages on some screens in the system.
As a workaround, we recommend that users who are reviewing environmental reviews download the Environmental Review Record (ERR) from the system and review the Word document. Attachments can be opened from the ERR document instead of directly through the system. Our contractors are working to resolve these glitches as soon as possible and we will notify users when they are resolved.
